As a Master Certified Life Prosperity Coach and Online Educator for women, I teach women who are tired of struggling and wanting a better life for themselves, how to overcome their hidden fears and insecurities and dare to prosper joyfully.

You are meant to have joy.

And it is my mission to help you know that, believe that, take it into your soul and live from it!

Who Am I Behind “The Coach”?

I am a mother, lover, daughter, sister, friend, woman, who lives and loves her life in the interior of British Columbia, Canada.

I adore all things leopard print, my idols are Liz Taylor and Dolly Parton. Home decor and muscle cars are my sweet joy. And I’m fuelled daily by chai tea lattes!

I used to take myself way too seriously, but I no longer do that!

Life Coach tools and Law of Attraction techniques transformed my life and allowed me to heal from divorce, death of loved ones, overwhelming debt, a serious injury, depression and the faulty belief that I need to earn and deserve joy.

I teach what I live.

BECAUSE I KNOW IT WORKS.

And because I’ve always believed – no matter what the situation, what is missing from our lives or how far down the rabbit hole we’ve fallen – there must be a way for us to make our life better.

What I’ve learned is that in the murkiness of devastation or despair or simply deep desire for change and the fulfillment of our dreams, it’s the learned life skills, mindset tools, self care and soul strategies that hold us up, empower, lead and guide us to the better life we’re meant to live.

The joy we’re meant to have.

We’re not all going to be famous like Liz or Dolly, but we can all experience our ordinary life in an extraordinary way!

I know that ONE woman whose life is improved, impacts the lives of many.

This is how we make the world a better place…a better place than we found it.

We take care, nurture and love ourselves.

We make ourselves and our joy our priority.

And we learn skills, tools and techniques that educate and empower us and free us from guilt, self sabotage and false beliefs so that we can live the joy that we are meant to live!

And in doing so, we are a model to our daughters, sisters, nieces, mothers and friends…giving them the example and the permission to also love, trust in and care for themselves and their joy, so that they too can live the lives they crave and came here to live.

Women are so powerful. And that’s why I do what I do. Because I want all women to know that!
