Whereby taking time to meditate actually gives you time back.

Because with rejuvenated energy and a settled mind,

you are more focused, clear minded and able to be more decisive

and take action to get things accomplished in less time, with greater ease.

Meditation does not need to be serious. 

There is no need for chanting cross-legged. 

You don’t even need to even try to stop your mind from thinking. 

In fact, you can’t. That’s what your mind is designed to do. 

It’s going to think. And you’re going to meditate.

I recorded this meditation at the request of my students

It was originally a meditation I did in a workshop and was asked repeatedly if there was a recording.

So I made this recording available.

Full disclosure, it's not studio sound quality.

But perfection was not the intent.

Making it available to help my students was.

And my students have been very appreciative of it and have reported experiencing...

more peace of mind

uplifted mood and energy

renewed clarity and confidence
